We invite Nataliaresidents, and those from surrounding towns, to bring their surplus items and crafts to our event. Sell your unwanted items and make some extra cash or come find great bargains! We welcome crafts, food and produce vendors together with those who just want to sell their surplus “stuff”. Event will be advertised and most spaces are just $10.00! Free admission! Call 210-556-8626 or 210-844-5282 to schedule registration.
Event Details: Most spaces will be 12.5’ wide by 14’ or so deep, depending on area and are $10.00. These $10.00 spaces will not be assigned early nor numbered, but will have boundaries taped off. Other spaces will be larger, numbered and/orhave some tree shade and will be $15.00. These spaces will be assigned spaces and be available for viewing and selection. You will need to unload items at your space then go park your vehicle in grass area in rear of event. There will only be around 3 spaces this year that can accommodate trailers, so register early. Only these spaces can have truck and trailer (as long as combo not too long). All others must park vehicles in rear.
Severalspaces are available for food truck vendors. These spaces will be in front of existing NMDD building at site and will run $20.00. You will need to provide
your own power source. All food vendors must comply with county/state
regulations such as obtaining a Temporary Food Establishment Permit.Non-profit temporary food vendor organizations should be registered as a 501C. Youwill be asked for paperwork. Additionally, those who wish to sell food madeat home prior to event, must check website TexasCottageFoodLaw.com tomake sure of compliance with those regulations. As an example, you cannot sell meat products or products that require refrigeration.Allwho want to sell must register by calling Dorothy Woodson at 210-556-8626 or Tommy Ortiz at 210-844-5282. Deadline for registering/paying is Wednesday Oct 23rd. We may consider late requests if space permits. I am available to meet at site with you. Payment is needed when you register. The regular spaces for
$10.00 will not be assigned early but will be available for choosing as you
come in on the event morning. You will receive a map of site when you register.
We will not oversell spaces. We will be there at 7:30 A.M. Please come early
since arriving to unload close to start time creates a vehicle bunch up and will
delay unloading your merchandise. Event will take place rain or shine so
fingers crossed for good weather. There will not be any refunds.Wewill have a portable toilet and a sanitation table at site. Electric is
available for testing vendor’s electric items for sale only. Please be mindful
of parking signs and note that asphalt U-drive running into and out of site
will be a one way. Entrance will be closest to BMA building and exit will be
closest to La Pasadita restaurant. Trash cans will be on site but are not for
bulk item discards or large boxes. Vendors, please remember to bring change. Natalia MDD wants to provide a benefit for the Natalia community and a fun time for all. Please come out and find some bargains or make some cash.
